By accessing www.hiptah.com or joining the HiPtah waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. By using the site, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Pre-launch status

HiPtah is currently in pre-launch. The website describes planned features and pricing that are subject to change before and during public beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, any specific pricing, or any particular feature at launch.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
• Submit false, misleading, or others’ personal information.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The HiPtah name, logo, website design, and all content are owned by HiPtah and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any HiPtah content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HiPtah and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website shall not exceed USD $100.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
