2. Information we collect

• Waitlist email. When you join our waitlist we collect the email address you provide so we can send you early-access invitations and product updates.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly service, to understand aggregate, anonymized traffic patterns (page views, referrers, device type). Vercel Analytics does not use persistent cookies and does not track you across sites. No personal profile is built.
• Log data. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted.

3. How we use your information

• To send you launch announcements and early-access invitations.
• To send occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve the website and our product using aggregate analytics.
• To maintain security and diagnose technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain your waitlist email until you request deletion or unsubscribe and ask us to remove your address. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Aggregate analytics data is retained indefinitely in anonymized form.

We rely on third-party service providers to operate the website, store waitlist submissions, and provide analytics (including Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Google for form/spreadsheet storage). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics uses a cookie-free, privacy-first approach. Strictly necessary session cookies may be set by our hosting infrastructure for security purposes.

• Request deletion of your waitlist email by emailing support@hiptah.com.
• If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. International transfers

HiPtah operates globally. If you are outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the site you consent to this transfer.

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product evolves. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
